We are seeking a skilled Highway Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a variety of heavy machinery, including bulldozers, excavators, graders, and loaders, to assist in the construction, maintenance, and repair of highways, roads, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include grading surfaces, excavating materials, transporting heavy loads, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained and operated safely. The operator must follow all safety regulations, read blueprints or site plans, and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating heavy equipment in highway or construction projects.
Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) preferred.
Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
