Northlake Mall, a 1.1 million square foot retail development featuring Belk, Dillard’s, Macy’s, and AMC Theatres has an immediate employment opportunity for a Lead Maintenance Engineer

Primary responsibilities include assisting the Operations Manager with all aspects of building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, mechanical, blueprint reading, construction, and all building maintenance issues.

Candidate must have a customer friendly attitude and be able to handle multiple projects consistently. Candidate must be proficient in computer usage and have knowledge of Microsoft software. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, have excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills, and 3+ years’ experience in a building maintenance position.
