Welder Fabricator

Seeking experienced qualified individuals to work in the Fabrication/Welding Department. 

The incumbent must be an experienced mig, & tig welder, able to read & work from mechanical drawings and perform processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies using hand tools and pneumatic tools.  Ability to operate fabricating machines/tools such as cutting saws, presses, and grinders required. Candidates must also be familiar with assembly and measuring tools and able to perform shop math. Individuals should be able to complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities include repair and fabricate various items using cutting, burning, grinding, welding techniques and equipment. Must be able to make clean welds on carbon & stainless steel. Will prepare, assemble and tack weld parts to secure in position for welding. Must set up equipment and weld parts using arc, gas-shielded arc, or gas welding equipment. Will repair machines by dismantling, straightening, reshaping and reassembling parts/ pieces.  Must maintain  clean, organized equipment and work area.
