Landscape Crew Member

Description:

The Landscape Laborer is responsible for taking direction and completing tasks as required to install residential and commercial landscapes. Snow removal positions in the winter.

• Perform tasks as directed by Landscape Foreman
• Communicate and coordinate with Landscape Foreman effectively
• Operate landscape equipment and tools as needed
• Establish a consistent track record of performance and reliability
• Other duties, as required (including snow removal)

Qualifications:

• Landscape experience
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to take instructions and produce results
• Punctual and dependable

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to remain on feet for long periods of time
• Must be able to stoop, bend, lift, kneel, carry objects for short distances.
• Must be able to work in adverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind   and rain
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs. without difficulty
• Must be able to twist body in motion of shoveling and raking
• Must be able to wheelbarrow up to 200 lbs. at a time
